Accepting the terms
- You must be at least 16 to create an account or join a live session.
- Using Inner Atlas means you agree to these terms and any product-specific policies.
- We may update the terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page.
Accounts and billing
- Free demos require no card details.
- Paid plans renew monthly unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Pricing, promotions, and onboarding offers are described on the Pricing page.
- Automatic trials create temporary accounts tied to your browser and a salted, per-deployment, non-reversible hash of your network bucket. We normally allow up to two trials per network every 90 days, and trial data follows the same deletion rights as paid accounts (including automatic deletion after the 60-day retention window).
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that violates the law or another person’s rights.
- Keep your login credentials private and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Use the service responsibly and avoid disrupting other members.
Service disclaimer
- Inner Atlas does not provide clinical diagnosis or crisis intervention.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
