Inner Atlas treats privacy as a core promise. This summary covers how we handle your data on marketing and product surfaces.

Data we collect
- Website analytics are anonymous and optional. Toggle them in the footer at any time.
- If you submit an onboarding request or support ticket we store your name, email address, and scheduling preference.
- When you start an auto-trial we connect it to your browser and a salted, per-deployment, non-reversible hash of your /24 (IPv4) or /64 (IPv6) network bucket so we can count trials per network without ever storing or displaying raw IP addresses.
- Product accounts are stored in the Inner Atlas app. You can export or delete your data whenever you choose.
How we use your information
- We only use your information to provide the services you asked for and to keep the platform secure.
- We never sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
- We restrict access to the smallest team necessary and log every administrative action.
- Automatic trials are limited per network (for example, two active trials per /24 over 90 days) using the salted, per-deployment, non-reversible hashes above so no single VPN exit or office can mint unlimited accounts.
Your choices
- Delete or export your product data from the Inner Atlas app at any time. Trial data shares the exact same rights and is also automatically deleted after the 60-day retention window if you take no action.

- Opt out of anonymous analytics using the toggle in the site footer.
